01. Launching a Return
In case our selected botanical formulas do not completely satisfy your health expectations, you retain the right to secure a complete purchase reversal within 60 days of your original checkout. To activate this process, please contact our support email desk or visit the personal tracking workspace for speedy refund coordination.
02. Compliance System
All support entries must be verified and completed before the 60-day limit expires from the initial purchase date.
Buyers are requested to send back any remaining product supply or original supplement containers back to our central processing depot.
Initial expenses involving postage routing and administrative operations are final and omitted from absolute reversals.
Recovered funds are returned exclusively to the specific bank card or merchant account chosen during the original checkout process.
03. Processing Windows
When your returned container arrives at our logistics center and completes standard quality checks, a financial adjustment is triggered. It generally requires between 5 and 10 regular business days for the amount to show on your card statements, depending on your individual banking provider.
